Elevate Impact's "Unleashing Potential Together for Strategic Success in Healthcare Operational Practices" program is designed to address this need. The program features a blend of micro-learning and self-paced modules complemented by bi-weekly live virtual check-ins with Elevate Impact coaches (subject matter experts). Participants will engage with content, including pre-reads, videos, and live collaborative breakout sessions that are scheduled by Elevate Impact.

These elements are designed to address and inform general and specific challenges within healthcare submitted by the participants related to people, culture, talent, and social/community impact initiatives.  Completing the learning modules and activities will result in a solution roadmap for each participant, based on their specific identified needs and challenges.

Cultivated Collaboration:

During the in-person workshops, the individually identified challenges will be explored further with facilitated sessions guided by Elevate Impact coaches and the collective knowledge of the various participants in the room. Our key objective during the in-person workshops will be to devise actionable solutions, which we will help to execute in partnership with each leader.

Overview: The Elevate Impact Collaborative Leadership Program is meticulously designed to foster cross-collaborative relationships, enhance leadership capabilities, and develop strategic solutions within the healthcare industry. This program integrates both online and live online modules, blending theoretical knowledge with practical application to drive significant impact across Human Resources (HR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), higher education, and community engagement sectors.

    • Objective: Gain insights from industry leaders about successful collaboration efforts.
    • Content: Discussions led by leaders in healthcare, HR, CSR, and higher education.

        • People: Focus on change management, employee engagement, team and leadership development, and DE&I, including Employee Resource Group (ERG) Development & Upskilling.
        • Culture: Cultivate a culture based on core values to enhance engagement, build trust, and improve performance.

        • Content: Covering hiring practices, talent attraction and retention strategies, career development, succession planning, and performance management.
