Elevate Your Impact

Effective leadership requires a strategic mindset that intersects diverse perspectives and external expertise. This is especially true for leaders within the healthcare industry who are driving HR practices, CSR engagement, mission-driven initiatives within nonprofits, and higher education institutions focused on healthcare research and training.

Elevate Impact's "Unleashing Potential Together for Strategic Success in Healthcare Operational Practices" program is designed to address this need. The program aims to elevate business outcomes, enhance people and culture practices, and amplify social impact and community engagement within the healthcare sector. Participants will strengthen the entire healthcare ecosystem by fostering collaborative partnerships across sectors to identify and problem-solve challenges, while creating sustainable practices.

Program Overview

The program will equip you with the critical leadership framework needed to:

  • Foster curated professional relationships, provide research-based insights, and deliver transformative consulting
  • Uncover system-wide challenges and opportunities while positioning leaders to implement solutions that drive impactful change.
  • Expand beyond the scope of managing internal teams and projects, and construct an inclusive organizational culture that empowers high-performing, cross-functional teams

Amplified Design for Achievement

image
Your growth, on your time:

The program features a blend of micro-learning and self-paced modules complemented by bi-weekly live virtual check-ins with Elevate Impact coaches (subject matter experts). Participants will engage with content, including pre-reads, videos, and live collaborative breakout sessions that are scheduled by Elevate Impact.

image
People-Centered problem-solving:

These elements are designed to address and inform general and specific challenges within healthcare submitted by the participants related to people, culture, talent, and social/community impact initiatives.  Completing the learning modules and activities will result in a solution roadmap for each participant, based on their specific identified needs and challenges.

image
Cultivated Collaboration:

During the in-person workshops, the individually identified challenges will be explored further with facilitated sessions guided by Elevate Impact coaches and the collective knowledge of the various participants in the room. Our key objective during the in-person workshops will be to devise actionable solutions, which we will help to execute in partnership with each leader.

1What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

2 Where does it come from?

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.

3On-Campus Networking Event | (2 Days | In Person)

The program concludes with a two-day in-person networking event on the MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. While the event is optional, it gives you the opportunity to network with your peers as well as professionals from previous cohorts and be a part of a lifelong community.

Executive Reflection

You will have the opportunity to apply program insights to your organization’s challenges and develop potential solutions. There are three reflections in the program, placed at the end of each phase of the core module journey — and they are essential for program completion. The reflections are designed to help you take all you have learned in the program curriculum, interaction with the success coach, and discussions with peers to strategize for your organization’s unique global challenges.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.

3Why do we use it?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here.

5 What is Lorem Ipsum?

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing

6 Where does it come from?

The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

7 Why do we use it?

Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
